BOOKING YOUR CLASS

Online Booking: We encourage you to book your classes online through our website. This allows you to view our class schedule, select your preferred class and time, and secure your spot in the class.

Payment Options: We accept payment by credit or debit cards , or online transfers at the time of booking. Please note that when booking your Reformer classes, payment validates your booking. If payment is not made 24 hours before the class, the booking will be cancelled to avoid no shows or last minute cancellations.

Walk-In Policy: Walk-in registrations are accepted on a space-available basis. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot, especially for popular classes.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a minimum of 6 hours notice to cancel a class reservation without penalty. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not be charged.

Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows will be charged the full class fee. This fee will be automatically applied to your account/ subscription on file.

You can cancel/ reschedule your class reservation online through your account or by contacting the studio at 09039485031 or info@ophil.org.

 

WAITLIST POLICY

If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist online. We will notify you via email if a spot opens up.

Waitlist priority is given based on the order in which you added yourself to the list

 

We offer various class pass options to suit your needs. Details and pricing information can be found on our website.

All monthly class passes and subscriptions have a one month validity period which counts from the date of your first booking/payment to the same date of the next month (e.g.16th May - 16th June). Expiring class passes will not be refunded.

Additional Information:

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at the studio at least [Number] minutes before your class starts to allow yourself time to check in, settle in, and get ready for your practice.

  • Mat Rentals: Yoga mats are available for rent at the studio for a small fee. You are also welcome to bring your own mat.

  • What to Wear: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Bare feet are preferred on the yoga mat, but socks with grips are optional.
